Shalan Hill is a master teacher, therapeutic bodyworker, and multidimensional healing practitioner with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals into greater freedom within their bodies and lives.
She is the founder of The Wellness Corrective (formerly The Posture Project), where she weaves structural expertise, nervous system restoration, and energetic intelligence into deeply transformative care.
Shalan began her study of yoga in 1998 and has been teaching since 2001. Her foundation is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga with an emphasis in Kundalini pranayama, alongside training in the Iyengar tradition and studies in Ashtanga yoga.
She is known for her refined eye for alignment, intelligent use of props, and ability to make yoga accessible without diluting its depth. Her teaching serves beginners, sensitive bodies, injury recovery, and aging populations — yet carries the precision and sophistication of a master educator.
Her classes are clear, therapeutic, and quietly powerful. Students appreciate her ability to listen — not only to the individual body, but to the collective energy of the room — guiding breath, structure, and focus in ways that reduce pain, calm fear, and build lasting confidence.
As a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist (LMT, CMT), Shalan graduated from The Academy of Somatic Healing Arts in 2000 with advanced certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Therapy, and Swedish Massage. She is a seasoned CranioSacral Therapist (CST I & II) and specializes in:
Her touch is precise yet intuitive — restoring structural integrity while harmonizing subtle energetic systems. Clients often describe feeling both physically recalibrated and deeply seen.
Shalan provides Energy Tune-Ups that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
She also serves as a conscious channel for Divination Mother, a collective of 126 twelfth-dimensional beings of light. Through years of preparation and spiritual refinement, Shalan has been guided to transmit teachings and frequencies aligned with higher consciousness and the evolutionary needs of this time.
This connection informs her healing work — not as performance, but as sacred responsibility. The transmissions she receives support expanded awareness, energetic recalibration, and deeper remembrance of one's innate wholeness.
Shalan’s work is informed not only by training, but by lived experience. Having navigated PTSD and limbic system impairment in her own healing journey, she understands the intelligence of the nervous system and the necessity of gentleness. This has refined her approach into one that honors safety, sustainability, and true integration.
Featured in the Manduka 2012 Summer Catalog and devoted to lifelong study, Shalan continues to evolve her craft — blending body, breath, energy, and consciousness into a unified field of healing.
At her core, she is devoted to helping people experience less pain, less fear, and more freedom.
Shalan also loves to learn about the healing benefits of food and loves to share what she has learned with Wellness Coaching Sessions.

Yoga is a way of life for Jigna. Yoga is her sacred practice to live in this secular world. Jigna is originally from India and started practicing yoga in her elementary school years. In 2010, she moved to Georgia and joined a non-profit organization which focused on spiritual enrichment and Self-development.
Jigna's credentials include 200 hours of hatha yoga, 150 hrs. of pranayama and Level 1 Yoga Nidra teacher training. She is an Iyengar yoga practitioner since 2018. She is continuously practicing Iyengar yoga and pranayama with her mentors online. She is also continually learning yoga philosophy (yoga sutra of Patanjali), Shree Mad Bhagwad Gita and Vedic Contemplation online since 2018.
Jigna’s teaching style is alignment based and preparative for the beginners. As students understand basic alignments and progress in their practice, she takes their practice towards intermediate and advance postures. Because of her Iyengar (practitioner) background she can modify postures as needed using different props including yoga chair, bolsters, belts, blocks, blankets etc.
She strongly believes that the personal yoga practice will shift the inner energy in some way on some level, if not all levels; and the journey for Self-development will begin.

Melanie was raised in New Jersey, where she completed her Master’s degree in Psychology, building a strong foundation in understanding the mind and human behavior. Her global journey led her to South India, where she completed her multi-style yoga teacher training. She has since taught internationally across India, Europe, and the United States, offering classes in vinyasa, aerial, SUP (stand-up paddleboard), and yin yoga.
While in Nepal, Melanie became a certified sound healer, further expanding her work into meditative and vibrational practices that support deep relaxation and inner balance.
