In this guided workshop w/ Shalan Hill, you’ll learn how to use a foam roller and tennis ball as simple, effective self-massage tools to release tension, improve mobility, and help your body move with more ease.
This is not about pushing through pain or forcing your body.
It’s about working with your body in a supportive, corrective way that creates real change.
You’ll learn:
• How to safely release tension in the upper back, shoulders, and side body
• Techniques to improve mobility and reduce stiffness
• How to use breath to support release and relaxation
• Simple ways to continue this work at home
No experience needed, but you do need a foam roller and a tennis ball.
